Every apartment at Birch Glen features a private screened-in patio allowing you to enjoy an extra three-season living space without facing rain or insects.
Our kitchens have upgraded appliances and a separate full-size pantry. The kitchens are also equipped with stacks of drawers, storage for your baking trays, loads of cabinets, and islands with seating for informal dining. Taking advantage of our extra tall ceilings, the upper cabinets are taller than normal for additional storage.
Every unit has it’s own separate laundry room with space for a hamper, ironing board, etc.

For those quieter times, step out your back door into a designated nature area with the Gateway trail leading you to the historic Buentrup Farm and the golf course and homes beyond.
Each unit is constructed utilizing “quiet-zone” construction. The ceiling height is at nine feet, which allows for over 1000 extra cubic feet of cubic feet of air space per apartment. The walls between apartments are not shared walls. Each apartment has its own fully sound insulated 2×6 wall with an air space before the next apartment’s wall. The floors all have concrete topping and the spaces between floors are extra tall, fully sound insulated floor trusses.
The underground garage has spaces for apartment parking along with storage lockers, a car wash bay, and a large bike rack area.
Our elevator is at the center of the building and it is large enough for couches and mattresses.
Our entrance system can work with any phone including your cell phone. All the entrances are monitored by high-resolution video cameras which are fed to all apartments so you can see who is at the door before answering or unlocking the door from your phone.
